Today’s Trivia: Danish King Harald Blatand ate so many blueberries that his teeth stained blue. Bluetooth is named after him because of his ability to unite warring Scandanavian factions, just as Bluetooth unites wireless devices. May 26 was also the birthday of Frankie Manning (1914 – 2009), who was considered to be one of the founding fathers of the Lindy Hop. It may surprise many that Lindy Hop is still today a dance form with a popular following. Take a look at the Youtube clip here to see for yourself (and be blown away by the skill and energy of it), and visit frankiemanning.com for more information about Frankie Manning.
