Held on the anniversary of the death in 1484, Saint Casimir was the prince of the Kingdom of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania as well as the heir apparent.
He was known for his piousness, devotion to God, and generosity towards the sick and poor.
Daily Trivia: Elton John’s real name is Reginald Dwight. He took Elton after Elton Dean, a Bluesology sax player. John was taken from Long John Baldry, found of Blues Inc. They were the first electric white blues band ever seen in England – 1961.
